  • Pets are welcome, with a fee of €15 per stay.

Welcome to Loguers and thank you for choosing our villa for your stay. The Loguers team is on-hand to support and assist you throughout your holiday, both before and during your stay, so do not hesitate to contact us should you require any kind of assistance.


Please read the following important information pertaining to your holiday contract to ensure you are fully informed and have a wonderful time.


General House Rules


  • Check-in / Check-out: You may check-in from 3pm local time and must check-out by 11am local time. Some exceptions apply, so please carefully read the details specified on your booking confirmation / page. In order to be able to check in / out of the villa, we must be provided with details of your flight number, arrival time and airport. If you will be in Mykonos prior to your villa stay, we will require a notification of your expected arrival time at the villa. These details must be provided in advance of your arrival date.


  • Reporting Damage: We kindly ask you to respect the property at all times during your stay. If any damage to the villa or any of its contents occurs during your stay, you must notify either us or the owner of the villa in writing. This also applies in cases whereby you regard the damage to be minimal or due to normal wear and tear, or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. This is for the benefit of all parties involved and will thus allow for a mediated resolution and replacement / repair of the damage.


  • Damage Payments: You are responsible for paying for any damage or repair caused by you or your party members during your stay. Payment for any damage will either be directly charged or retained from the damage deposit (where applicable). Please note that in cases where a damage deposit has been held, and the damage exceeds the deposit paid, the amount charged will not be limited to the deposit payment and should be settled prior to departure. 


  • In the case that our staff observes disrespectful use of the premises, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises, thus foregoing the whole amount paid for the rental or security deposit in order to refurbish the villa to the level it was when delivered to you.


  • Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.


  • Safety and Security: You are responsible for you and your guests’ safety and security. Please read, listen, and comply with any fire, health, or safety rules and regulations which are provided in the guidebook available at the villa. 
  • Please notify us and the appropriate local authorities immediately if: 
    • you believe there may be a fire; any health or safety risk to you or your guests in the vicinity of the villa.
    • you experience any inappropriate conduct or behaviour in or near the villa.
    • you are experiencing a medical or other emergency.
    • you believe you are a victim of or are a witness to a crime.
